M/s Parth Group was established in 1996 by Mr. Baban Magadum, the Founder and Chairman. The group has a world class training infrastructure. It is a globally connected youth empowerment organization. It is a state of the art, Educational Resource Centre at Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India.

Since 20 years, the learners, trainers and state-wide ALCs (Authorized Learning Centers) are their core, network strength. This group has developed entrepreneurial capacities in 5000+ youngsters, trained 4 million+ learners and continuing to do so. With over 7000+ trainers, faculty & counselors, Parth Group has been efficiently training learners across 2500+ ALCs (Authorized Learning Centers) in Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

As a founder I started Parth Group as a humble teacher in 1996 to make every Indian youth employable through vocational training. We were fortunate to have developed a team of 7000+ to touch the lives of over 4 million learners. We strongly believe that the time has come for BFSI’s growth curve. Therefore, Parth Group has embarked on a mission for developing BFSI professionals with training from BFSI industry experts.

He has a robust experience of over 35 years in the corporate industry and academia. Currently, he runs his own consultancy firm. He also plays significant, advisory roles in various organizations. The online education and e-Governance are his special interests. He is an accomplished professional who has carved out exemplary success stories. He has won several prestigious awards and recognitions.

Mr. Tikle has worked at R & D Labs, manufacturing plants, educational institutions and in IT sector at the positions like Founder, Director, Vice President, Dean, Chief Architect, Chief Advisor and Consultant. Moreover, he has been actively involved in many social activities for the underprivileged sections. Such an illustrious personality is best known as a game changer, tough task-master and keynote speaker in the industry.
